This property consists of open meadows and rolling coastal hills that support highly productive grassland, as well as a significant stand of oak woodland. A tributary of Americano Creek crosses the western side of the property and the eastern slopes drain into Stemple Creek. The ranch is in the vicinity of several of our agricultural conservation properties, and adds significantly to the rural character of the region visible from the Valley Ford Road.
